A&D Events was appointed as the event partner for the FSMOne Invest Expo 2026, FSMOne Malaysia’s flagship annual investment exhibition, to deliver a large-scale, professionally executed event that brought together investors, financial institutions, and industry experts under one roof.
Held at the Pavilion Exhibition Centre Bukit Jalil (Halls 1 & 2), the one-day expo welcomed approximately 800–1,000 attendees, including retail investors, fund managers, financial advisors, and investment enthusiasts from across Malaysia. Centred around the theme “Investing Profitably: Then. Now. Next.”, the event explored how historical market lessons, current economic conditions, and future investment opportunities can help Malaysians make more informed financial decisions.
The expo featured an impressive lineup of leading fund management companies, including UOB Asset Management, AmFunds Management, Kenanga Investors, AHAM Asset Management, Principal Asset Management, Eastspring Investments, RHB Asset Management, and KAF Investment Funds. Through keynote presentations, expert panel discussions, and interactive exhibition booths, attendees gained valuable insights into market trends, investment strategies, and wealth-building opportunities.
As a free-to-attend event with pre-registration, FSMOne Invest Expo 2026 reflected FSMOne Malaysia’s commitment to making quality investment education more accessible while fostering stronger engagement between financial institutions and the investing community. - Managed a large-scale invest expo conference setup while supporting crowd flow planning for registered attendees, ensuring the arrival, registration, and movement between event areas remained organised.
- Ensured every speaker session and panel discussion was delivered smoothly, with backend preparation arranged according to each speaker’s presentation style, AV technical requirements, and session flow.

- Delivered a well-coordinated conference environment where registered attendees were guided smoothly from arrival to the main event areas, reducing congestion and improving the overall guest experience.
- Supported each speaker and panel segment with timely technical preparation, presentation checks, and backstage coordination to ensure sessions started smoothly and stayed on track.
- Maintained close coordination between the client, speakers, and technical team throughout the expo, allowing the programme to progress professionally from one session to the next.
