As the appointed event management planner, A&D Events partnered with Lakeland Dairies to deliver Millac Culinary Creation – Passion in Every Pour (Singapore) at Pullman Singapore. The exclusive event brought together Singapore’s food and beverage community for an evening of culinary inspiration, product discovery, and professional networking. Featuring live chef demonstrations that showcased the versatility of Millac’s premium cream range, the event offered attendees a hands-on appreciation of the products while creating valuable opportunities for chefs, restaurateurs, café owners, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, build meaningful connections, and strengthen relationships within Singapore’s foodservice industry.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
Challenges
- Replicating the same event standard as the KL edition in a different country required adapting to a different event format.
- Unlike the KL event, the hotel kitchen could not be used for the live demonstration. To ensure the culinary showcase met the expected standard, all preparation for the chef’s demonstration was relocated to Millac’s distributor demonstration kitchen, requiring careful coordination of logistics, equipment, ingredient transportation, and timing between the off-site kitchen and the event venue.
Solutions
- Worked closely with the Pullman Singapore team on chef requirements and kitchen logistics to ensure the event day delivered the same quality product showcase as the KL edition.
- The networking format worked well — attendees left with a genuine appreciation of Millac cream’s versatility, and the relationships built on the day extended well beyond the event itself.
