A&D Events was appointed as the event organizer for the Malaysia Health & Beauty Awards 2026, organised by Big Caring Group, to conceptualise and deliver a prestigious awards ceremony celebrating excellence within Malaysia’s health and beauty industry.
Held at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, the event welcomed approximately 500 guests, including industry leaders, brand representatives, business partners, and distinguished guests. The evening recognised 110 outstanding brands that have demonstrated exceptional commercial success, earned the trust of over 200,000 Malaysians, and received endorsement from industry experts for their innovation, growth, and positive impact.
As an award recognition event, the objective was to create a sophisticated and memorable experience that reflected the prestige of the awards while ensuring seamless execution. From guest arrival to the final award presentation, every touchpoint was designed to deliver a premium atmosphere, elevate the winners’ achievements, and provide an engaging experience for attendees.
The event celebrated excellence across a wide range of categories, including personal care, wellness, beauty, and health innovation, reinforcing Big Caring Group’s commitment to recognising brands that continue to shape and inspire the industry.

Challenges
- Managing more than 100 award categories and recipients required careful planning to ensure trophies, winner information, and award presentations were delivered accurately throughout the evening.
- Coordinated award announcements, on-screen visuals, stage movements, and immediate foyer interview arrangements to maintain a smooth and engaging awards experience.
Solutions
- Planned the full award presentation flow together with the client and media team to ensure each category, recipient, and presentation segment progressed smoothly throughout the evening.
- Maintained active backstage coordination to manage recipient movements, award handovers, and category transitions, ensuring the programme ran efficiently despite the high volume of awards presented.
