Sodexo’s APMEA leaders came together in Kuala Lumpur for a two-day gathering that brought over 200 leaders from across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa under one programme. Day 1 opened with a full ballroom conference featuring speaker sharing, panel discussions, and strategic sessions, before the group headed to WIP KL for a curated dinner that included an award presentation in an intimate restaurant setting. Day 2 kicked off with a morning briefing before teams were sent out across the city for a treasure hunt activity, returning to the hotel for lunch and a final afternoon of sharing sessions, closing with a collective remark that sent leaders back to their regions with real clarity and renewed energy. The event was a Regional Leadership Conference / Incentive Gathering held at Pullman Kuala Lumpur, with over 200 senior Sodexo leaders from across the APMEA region participating.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
Challenges
- Full preparation across every touchpoint — customised t-shirts, lanyards, award certificates, and staging concept — every detail had to be ready and polished before the first leader arrived.
- Coordinating live overseas speakers joining remotely required full technical support to ensure seamless connectivity and sound clarity throughout the ballroom session.
Solutions
- Every element came together — merchandise, staging, and collateral all landed to the standard a regional leadership event of this scale deserved.
- The live overseas speaker segments ran without disruption, the treasure hunt energised the room, and the award dinner at WIP KL gave the gathering a memorable close to a well-executed two days.
