Challenges
- Transforming the venue foyer and ballroom into a fully immersive themed environment while maintaining a cohesive guest experience throughout the annual dealer conference.
- Managing multiple game stations, activity zones, and redemption counters required detailed manpower planning and operational coordination to ensure smooth guest flow and maximum participation.
